Registration Substitutions & Cancellation Policy: 

  • Substitutions for the Conference or Golf Outing are permitted at any time

  • Through March 20, 2020: The full registration fee will be refunded upon request of cancellation

  • Beginning March 21, 2020: Cancellations will be granted with an administration fee of $200.00 

  • April 10, 2020: Sorry no refunds will be granted after this time

  • Golf Cancellations: Golf fees will be refunded if requested by March 20, 2020

  • Cancellations or changes to your conference registration can be made by using your
    email address, confirmation number and the link given to you when your registration was completed.  You may also contact or call the NACUSO office at (888) 462-2870.
