3/18/20 Update on COVID-19 and the
NACUSO Network Conference/Disney Hotel Reservations
We would like to officially confirm that the NACUSO Network Conference is cancelled and will not be held April 20-23, 2020 as planned. As we all navigate the ever-changing reality of our day to day work and personal lives, our first thought is for the safety and well-being of our members, partners, staff and conference participants. We are working with Disney to look for dates when we could possibly reschedule our 2020 Network Conference this fall.
Currently you do not need to contact us about canceling your conference registration. Previously paid exhibit packages or conference registration fees will be valid for the new dates. Once we have those dates determined, we’ll give you options such as transferring to the new 2020 dates, applying them to the 2021 conference dates or issuing a full refund.
At this time, the only action needed is to contact Disney to make arrangements regarding your hotel reservations (see below for options).
We appreciate your ongoing support and understanding. NACUSO is a small non-profit dedicated to helping credit unions and their members through collaborative solutions. We ask for your patience as we work to provide new dates and conference options. Like everyone else, we are monitoring updates from governmental and health authorities regarding the coronavirus, and taking those into consideration as we review options for our 2020 conference. We will continue to post updates here and will email conference participants as soon as possible with an update on the 2020 NACUSO Network Conference.
Transferring/Canceling Conference Registration
Update as of 3/20/20: Below are updated steps to cancel your conference registration.
To wait and transfer your registration to a future conference: No action is needed at this time.
Partners, Sponsors and Exhibitors: Previously paid exhibit packages and conference registration fees can be applied to the rescheduled 2020 conference or used for the 2021 conference and will guarantee your packages at the 2020 rates. To discuss other options, please contact Shawna@nacuso.org.
Should you wish to cancel your conference registration:
--Log-in using this link and click on the “Already Registered?” option under the "Register Now" button.
--Enter your email address and your registration confirmation number (your confirmation# was given via email when your registration was originally completed). This page also provides a link if you need your confirmation# resent.
--Click on the ‘Post Registration’ button in the top right hand corner, then click on the drop down arrow and select ‘Confirmation/Receipt'
--Scroll to the very bottom of the page and select the ‘Cancel Registration’ option to complete your cancellation request.
For registration fees paid by credit card, the system will automatically issue a full refund. For fees paid by check, we will send a refund check within 7-14 business days.
Disney Hotel Reservations
Update as of 4/30/20 - All Disney Reservations have been canceled and hotel deposits were refunded.
Reservation Questions: Call the Disney Group Reservations team at (407) 939-4686. Previously paid hotel room deposits will be refunded upon cancellation.

3/16/20 Update on COVID-19 from

As you all are aware, the COVID-19 coronaviris pandemic has resulted in the declaration of a National Emergency by the President. Like so many other organizations with upcoming events, we’ve been in continuous discussions with our conference site partner (Disney), in addition to staying updated with the ever changing requirements of health and governmental authorities, to come up with answers on the next steps and to keep everyone informed.
We are working through the challenges of protecting the safety and health of our attendees while minimizing the huge liability that goes along with cancelling or postponing a conference. Rest assured that safety and health concerns of our attendees are NACUSO’s number one priority, so we know that postponing our conference will be the responsible option. We have been in contact with Disney since late February and continue to work with them on the logistics.
We will share more information on rescheduling as soon as we can. As I am sure you all know, Disney announced on Thursday, March 12, the closure of their remaining open parks and announced today (March 16) the closing of their Orlando hotels through end of March. We hope to come to a mutual agreement with Disney soon on rescheduling the 2020 NACUSO Network Conference.
